Nicki Moon is a Certified Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor and a SkyRobics Instructor. She received her Personal Trainer Certification through ISSA and Spinning Certificate through Madd Dog. After her first year of Spinning, as a student at Noblesville Parks and Recreation, Nicki decided it was time for a change of pace. She wanted to be the instructor. Just weeks after receiving her certification she was offered the position with Noblesville Parks and Recreation in 2011.

Nicki had worked out with a personal trainer in 2004 and had experienced great results. She wanted to do the same for her Spin clients. Spinning gave her clients great legs… so why not the entire body? Nicki will travel to your home to train you. No equipment necessary… she has what it takes!

Step One
Correct fueling of your body (food) is the most important part. You can't out-exercise a bad diet. Many people go on "diets" to starve themselves and lose weight. You don't have to starve yourself! We will choose a food plan using healthy foods that you can eat, get full and fuel your workouts.

Step Two
The mind is a very important part of this goal. You must change your thinking to rid your mind of self-doubt and failure. Many people fail before they start because they have programmed their mind in that fashion and many people eat to comfort their minds of daily problems and shield themselves from memories of old. We WILL reprogram your mind to use exercise and results as the "feel good" for your body, mind and spirit.

Step Three
Exercise is important to say the least. As you develop your cardio system and build lean muscle, your body will turn into a 24 hour a day, fat burning machine. I use cardio, light weights and resistance band training. It is low impact on your body and joints, and provides a great workout that WILL achieve results.
